Chris Eckley, Ph.D.*

Geochemist

Chris Eckley is a Mining Geochemist at the US EPA Region-10 office. His work focuses on the remediation of mercury and other heavy metal contaminated sites, with a specific focus on processes effecting mercury methylation in aquatic systems. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in environmental science from Western Washington University, an M.S. in Watershed Ecosystems from Trent University, and Ph.D. in Physical Geography from the University of Toronto.
